"Karen led a 2 day residential for Staffordshire's VCS infrastructure consortium. Some consortium members faced some very difficult issues at the time, so it could easily have gone off the rails, but all participants were incredibly impressed at Karen's skill in keeping us on track, helping us to develop ideas in a creative way and helping build trust. Since the residential, we have made some major steps in developing a shared understanding of where we're going. I have no doubt that Karen's input was instrumental in achieving this."
